ORCAnalysis is a Business Intelligence tool which gives ORCA Business Accounts access to robust data visualization and analysis to gain insights into their ORCA data.

Access to ORCAnalysis

Section 9.1 of the Agreement for Purchase of ORCA Business Cards and ORCA Business Passport Products applies to the data regarding ORCA travel and usage patterns to be provided by the ORCA Data Business Intelligence Tool via orcanalysis.com. ORCA Business Accounts who use this tool agree that the data, reports or any information provided to it via the ORCA Data Business Intelligence tool is and remains the sole property of the Agencies, and nothing shall be construed as a transfer or grant of any copyright or other property interest in such data, reports or information. The Agencies hereby grant to the Business Account a non-exclusive license to use any data, reports or information provided by the Agencies, via the ORCA Data Business Intelligence tool, for any lawful purpose related to the administration of the transportation benefits program of the Business Account. The intention of the ORCA Data Business Intelligence tool is to provide information on the utilization and travel patterns by the Business Account users. Business Account users agree that they will not use the data to identify or attempt to identify an individual. Data provided on the tool is aggregated and anonymized to protect personally identifiable information.
